Kumakayod saan?
The L200 does not have a lockable rear differential. Traction will always go to the tires with the LEAST traction. This is the case for vehicles with open differentials.
May 'binding' effect ba when you turn on pavement with the 4x4 engaged? If meron, then your 4x4 is working. Otherwise it will not bind. Search the forums or the net for the 'binding' effect.
Did you lock your hubs (assuming manual type)? If wala talaga front drive, baka durog ang gears ng hubs mo (assuming automatic type).

taas mo nalang sa lift sa gas station yun naka support sa chassis and not yun roll on lift. lock your front hubs (rotate to the "lock" position) and with the engine running shift to 4H and see if the front wheel turns together with rear wheels. don't test it on paved road baka mag bind yun hubs mo. try it on gravelled or muddy terrain.
