    I'll post my fuel consumption numbers once I fill up. Every other week lang ako nagpapagas e. Low pressure lang naman yung mga turbo ng diesel e (wll, most are), a little added boost wont hurt (around 2psi more than stock). Besides, with the way diesel engines are built, kayang kaya yan. Gagana lang naman itong mod na ito at high rpms (2700 pataas).

    Highest ko bago mag-mod is 7.5km/L mixed City/Highway.

    Last week, I got 6.8, tapos ngayon I got 7.4. I just got the mean and came up with 7.1km/L. Ewan ko ba kung bakit ganun. I guess nagkakatalo sa amount of diesel loaded after the FULL mark.

    Hindi rin masyado nagbago yung kilometrahe after the mod.

    guys just to inform you, i did it this afternoon on my gen 2 pajero. i put 4 washers per bolt (new longer bolt) and with my friend's boost guage, the highest boost reading i got was .9 bar which is just at 13 psi. tamang tama na siguro yon.

    parang pwede pa atang gawin ng 5 washers and most likely this will put the max boost at just under 14 psi. di ko na ginawa kasi i don't think anyone on this site has done 5 on each side and so ayaw kong mauna (heheheh)

    yup, ang kaibigan ko, ginagatungan ako to go to 5 pairs pero ayaw ko na

    i rarely hit naman din the .9 bar kasi maaga ako nagashift. 3000 rpm, shift na ako. based on the stock reading of 10.5 psi, i went to 13 psi, so 2 to 2.5 psi lang talaga ang inangat ko.

    engine response is greatly improved. hopefully hindi sasabog makina ko. if it does, then i will be contacting woodfire on tips on how to install a 4m40 in y gen 2

    sometimes when there is too much boost you will also loose power, and the 4D56 has a blow off valve this would just open and blow away the excess boost.

    arb, yup, yung yung kinakalikot namin. I dont think may BOV yun, just a wastegate.
