October 5th, 2007 10:20 PM #1[SIZE=4]Hello Fellows,
Ask lang po ako some advice, Is it true na mas maganda raw ilagay yung 100% tubig keysa 50/50 coolant& water mixture sa radiator for a 14-yr old 4D56 N/A engine, sabi kasi nila pagluma na raw radiator mo marami ng scales inside at tinatanggal ng coolant causing restrictions on the system.
thank you & more power!!!

October 6th, 2007 10:58 PM #4Of course, pwede lagyan ng turbo & intercooler and L200 mo.

October 6th, 2007 11:13 PM #5Ok ang 50/50 coolant solution over plain tap water dahil:
Water boils at 100 Deg C or 212Deg F at sea level.
Bye,

October 8th, 2007 12:59 PM #9Sorry, we don't do engine modifications. We only do repairs and turbo installations on stock engines.
We do not encourage modifications as this will be prone to a lot of possible problems. If you decide to proceed with your plans, you will also have to spend additionally for calibrating and modifying your existing injection pump to one with a boost compensator. Calibrating your injection pump for turbo application will increase power, but will result in black smoke. The boost compensator will control your black exhaust problem.
Note: Your stock engine may not be able to handle the additional power it will generate.
Be careful,

I hear a surplus pajero 4d56 turbo costs 16k. then probably you will need a 4d56 turbo injection pump for the boost compensator. maybe 5k? intercooler costs 2k.
I suggest change engine nalang para sigurado walang problema for 30k.
