i think it depends on how long the piss has been there and on the type of chrome. some chromes stain faster than others. about the rust part, not sure.

17 x 8.5
18 x 8.5
20 x 8.5
20 x 9.5
22 x 9.5

Though I heard plant of Mondera here in the Philippines "closed down" na and/or concentrating on export...

Hmm... i think they were really concentrating on export. Some of their staff probably just couldn't resist selling it here locally for a profit. Personally, I like the B-52.
