yeah thats really I wanted to do, kaya nga ako nag join dito dahil alam ko makakatulong kayo sa pagbibigay ng advise kung paano makakabuild ng Modern Jeep. Whats the point of staying on this thread kung critism lang bibigay nyo instead of suggestions.

If that is the case, why are you pushing "uls" to invest into a more modern jeep design?

If you want advise how to build a more modern jeep, maybe you should start asking the right kind of questions first like what you are doing in the other discussion thread:

If you are finding some responses rather hostile, you should be informed that we simply have had our share of "cheering squad" posters who do nothing but post praises on anything & everything that is even remotely "pinoy".

then ask someone to design a "modern ang dating" OTJ for you

my garage can't accomodate anymore. isa pa, madaming magsasabi sigurado na "may dalawang kotse ka na nga tapos bibili ka pa nang jeep lang" or "imbes na bumili ka pa nang isang jeep, ibenta mo yung dalawang sasakyan mo at bumili nang Tucson". in short, hindi practical na bumili pa ako nang OTJ hehe, but if someone would give me one, hindi ko tatanggihan yun nalang hehe.

sorry modern term ko hindi yung design, yung technology like brakes, hydraulic clutch etc. the design (exterior) is enough for me actually, siguro aircon with an old school diesel engine. (I believe marami namang ganito sa labas).

Naaalala ko nga yung OTJ ng dad ko dati hehe, ang problema nun yung brakes palagi (air brakes pa kasi hahaha), minsan nawawalan nang preno, minsan madikit naman ang preno hehe. Ito lang yung naiisip ko na maging modern na, I mean kahit papaano modern technology (hindi naman kailangan na may ABS etc). Although I assume wala nang gumagamit nang air brakes ngayon aside from old trucks na gumagana pa rin.

Naiisip ko lang na maganda pang-harabas hehe because of the jeep's extended bumper. hindi masyadong nakakatakot na masagi ka sa harap nang isang taxi na nag-cut etc.
