very nice sir..hope you can show pics of the engine bay..i guess the reason why many still buy these types of vehicle is because thay are so multipurpose and they can load alot with out putting too much strain on underchassies components.these are almost as long as a full size Ford F-350 so i guess sir you also hate the F-350. no pun intended sir.

Im new to this forum and I want to release my sentiments about this topic:

I think the Problem is to us Filipino

First to the Philippine automobile Industry
1. We dont update our designs pagdating sa mga jeep, Owner type Jeepnes and other automobiles, gnun pa rin ang exterior. sa burloloy lng nagkakaiba. Dapat we should be competitive at mkuha ntin ung interest ng mga tao. Minsan kasi nagiging tingin ng tao eh low class pag naka OTJ or Jeep. Which in fact is not true, its part of our history and tradition na yan. hindi nyo mapagkakaila na halos lahat tayo d2 nakinabang sa mga Passengers Jeep.
2. Dapat maging creative ung mga nagaasemble at hindi lang dapat kita ang iniisip.

Secondly, sa citizen ng Pilipinas
Kaysa suportahan natin at tangkilikikin ang automobile industry natin ay nilalait pa natin at kinukutya ang gawang pinoy. Basta gawang pinoy lagi na lng pangit ang nasa isip natin which in fact na hindi na tlga mawawala dahil masyado na westernize ang utak at natin at marami sa atin ay social climber thinking.

Actually locally assembled vehicles made by foreign firms here have a good share of the market.

And I agree there is an urgent need to improve the built of Philippine made vehicles (native vehicles).
