The reclusive inventor of hydrogen powered vehicle
NO NEED TO GAS UP Filipino inventor Daniel Dingel brings his working “water-powered car” prototype to the office of his lawyer, Frank Chavez, in Makati City. He lets other lawyers in the law firm drive his car. JOAN BONDOC
Dingel should have applied for a patent with his invention.
His invention, if it really works, will save the country precious foreign exchange from oil importation...
It will also revolutionized our auto industry....

December 21st, 2008 10:10 AM #2Im really hoping, like the HHO of our fellow tsikoteer Ehnriko, Dingel should have applied for a patent on their respective inventions...
On Dingel's invention,
Alot of people were convinced of his technology...
But his reclusiveness--turned off alot of believers on his gadget or system...
Our country with a very small market for brand new vehicles but a haven for brand new locally assembled vehicles run by surplus engines plus the numerous second hand vehicles in our midst will benefit immensely with his invention...
The spike in oil prices will also make his invention a manna from heaven especially in the future..

December 21st, 2008 10:47 AM #4kulang kasi sa suporta... puro pintas muna mga pinoy at "crab mentality" ay nandito pa rin...
marami nagsasabi na HOAX lang daw ang invention ni dingle but still HOAX or TRUE "the idea is there... other countries have been developing the technology supported by the government..

Im not against Mr. Dingle in fact my wife known him when we are still in Paranaque. The invention was already there more than 20 years ago, that time we are very optimistic that this is the technology of the future and our very own pinoy did it!
The problem is our govt. did not support our inventor to develop the technology, thats given our politician sucks on that.. if only he has support of finances to fully develop his invention he can succeed. Now latest news that he finally get the finances for R and D, not a filipino but still willing and believe in his invention. They end up in estafa case
My opinion, his invention is working but not sustainable if use commercially and he cant find a way to improve it. Thats why he did not have it patented, if he is really a true inventor he must share it with mankind rather than bring his invention to his grave for the reason that hes afraid that somebody might steal his idea.

Dingel has had over 40 years to prove and commercialize his "invention" yet NOTHING has come out of it except empty promises.
Dingel even said he would never sell his technology to non-pinoy but yet he is caught in a case of him accepting money to sell his invention to some Taiwan based company. Not to mention Dingel suddenly withdrawing all the money from the bank account is an act of BAD FAITH. Would you trust the words of a swindler and scam artist?
As most swindlers and scam artists know, the bigger the lie, the more believable it is.
And then now he's going to let LAWYERS drive his precious car? What suddenly changed (aside from the estafa case) in that he is now letting outsiders have unlimited access to his invention? I smell desperation from a man who is going to jail and not live long enough to breath outside air again.

dingel is not an inventor, he is a scammer.

Wait until the lawyer has to go to the gas station to fill up, Oh that's going to be priceless. (Hey thought this thing ran on water lol)
Anyone one still believing in this scam I do feel sorry for, this man is a con artist who actually believes his own con after all these years. Guess what folks that car runs on gas and can be proven in a matter of seconds with a simple emissions test. To bat the idiots who invested in him were not smart enough to even send a rep to look at the so called invention which is nothing more than the same HHO gas (water4gas) garbage that is being scammed to people around the world. At least they don't claim the car runs completely on it.
If he was a inventor of that caliber this would have been long on the market and changed the way cars work, but it's just a matter of fact a gas combustion engine will not, cannot, run on water period. It's good to see him finally loose face at least with people of some intelligence. There will still be those who believe in this.
