on the side question. pwede ba parepair ang items like bumper pag nagcash settlement ka based on an estimate that says replace with new?

You might want to try my car insurance ... Certain General Insurance Broker ... been w/ them for quite a while and they provide me good service. They mail my renewal notice, pickup my cheque, deliver my policy. I also tried claiming an accident. Same thing ... they deliver the claim form, pickup my claim, schedule inspection and repair for me. Hassle free and good for my busy schedule. Now they can do these by email, so my next claim (heaven forbid) should be much faster. Contact is Dennis Dimaunahan (Pres.) at 0917 535 9244. At present I have all our cars insured w/ them, except one na nasa Equitable Insurance Brokers, Inc. naman. Good din dun but I like the personalized service of Certain General...para akong may secretary for my insurance.
