I'm considering at buying a second hand car. The seller doesn't have its PMS records. So I'm thinking of checking it at its CASAs instead. How do I go about po kaya? Kaya po kaya i-check ng non-owner ung records nung car? What do I need to do that?

    Salamat po!

I don't think the CASA will share their clients information to you. Kung sure buyer ka naman sir, why don't you ask the car owner to pull the records on CASA?
