    offshoot yata to question ko. Vtec ang para sa honda at vvti para sa toyota? Same principle lang ba? kelan naman nag kick ang vvti?

    sir nasa rpm naka base ito. pero syempre if lets say you are already at 6500rpm then bigla ka release ng gas pedal. disengage na vtec nun.

    for the matic. sabi ng friend ko hirap sya mag pa vtec kasi nauuna mag shift yung a/t so dapat daw full throttle sya.

    A ganon ba. Ano naman ba effect pag di nag eengage (kulit, sensya napo )?Usually kasi nasa between 1000 and 2000 lang ako e.Diba the higher the rpm lalo malakas lumamon ng fuel?

    tama ka dyan VTEC. pero relatively, on low-rpm matipid ang VTEC.on conventional 16 valved engines, sabay ang 2 intake valves whether low or high rpm while sa VTEC nagkakaroon lang ng engagement sa 2nd set ng intake valve at high rpms. so, matipid ang engine mo at low-rpm, pero powerful sya as rpm progresses.

    tnx sa mga inputs niyo guys! tanong ko lang sana kung pano mag DIY ng vtec light. di ko naman kailangan ang vtec controller, gusto ko lang malaman kung engaged na ang vtec ko.... tulong naman po dyan sa mga nakagawa na.

    Bro, try to visit hondaclub (http://z3.invisionfree.com/HCP/index.php?act=idx). Dun sa Techtalk forum, Electricals & Electronics, may sticky dun na DIY VTEC light. Very, very detailed with pictures pa. Napakadaling gawin. Just make sure you buy good materials para magtagal.

    Basically naman, all you need are LED's, resistors and gauge 20 wires. Yakang-yaka yan bro. I'd help you sana if I had the time.
