I notice some people upgrade their turbo ride's exhaust...

doesn't it make worst? it seems the turbo's spin will be harder/slower if your exhaust pipe is larger... I think...

well, I think you got it the other way around my friend.

the larger the exhaust pipe/diameter, the better the turbo's exhaust flow/spool will be. so technically, mas maganda na upgraded to bigger exhaust ang mga turbocharged engine.

bigger exhaust help reduce Backpressure, which in turn help create more HP & TQ specially in Turbocharged engines.

but be aware though, bigger is not always better. so choosing the right exhaust diameter will vary on whats the size of your turbo. but normally 3" is the standard exhaust diameter for most popular Cat-Back & Turbo-Back Exhaust Systems.

    aite, peace.
