Bring it to a repair shop specializing in underbody repair. Madami naman sila, posted naman sa shop "underbody specialist".

Basta huwag ka pupunta sa Rapide at baka lumaki at dumami pa problema mo.

gosh! what did you hit.. a dragon's tooth? a small, directed-force landmine? a dud rocket?
para rin kasing, nadulas yung kotse sa pagka-jack.

i am not familiar with that underside.
but by the pictures alone, it would seem, no other vital parts were damaged.
my gut response is, "have it fixed by replacing the damaged parts. if that proves too difficult or expensive, have it pukpoked and/or weld-fixed, po. BUT determine first, if it is aluminum or iron. if it is aluminum, you're out of luck. few welders know how to weld aluminum.
then have it painted, to prevent rusting.
if that part is plastic, have it replaced or patched. it should not be that difficult.
the plastic cover is missing (destroyed beyond glue-ing?). that might be more difficult to source. the surplus places in banawe and evangelista, siguro. but be prepared to pay thru the nose.

The damage seems a result of an accident. Like a jack that slipped what others said. This kind of damage is definitely not from road debris. Masyadong pinpoint eh.

Anyway, beating the panel and welding should do the trick. Best to be done under to prevent dismantling of many parts.

may sinusundan akong truck tas may nalaglag na ganto sa mga dala nya pero mas mahaba yung rod na part. ayun yung tumusok sa ilalim ng car. learned my lesson the hard way.

Mukhang may nirampahan na may bakal/tubong tumikwas pagtapat sa bandang ilalim lampas ng shifting assy. kaya nabutas/napunit yung mga tinamaan. Buti at wala nasugatan.

Hanap na lang ng magaling na underchassis mech nearest you pra ma-estimate ang gastos. If d kaya ng latero at welding ang mga nasirang metal covers, marami mabiling replacement part/s sa Banawe if Japanese or Korean ang manufacturer. If European or USofA brand, swerte ang 1X month waiting time.

unfortunately wala. sa sobrang panick ko din di ko alam pano ako magrereact mejo blury din yung plate no. tska gabi. ang natatandaan ko lng na scene e yung may kumakalampag sa ilalim habang nagslowdown ako patabi sa gilid tas tumalsik yung cover sa ilalim ng handbrake. honda city 2016 po.

Insulator ng transformer ang tumama sayo, malamang electric contractor ang truck na sinundan mo. Latero lang kelangan dyan since part ng frame ang nasira. Pwede mo din modify lagyan ng funnel na may takip para may instant trash can ka, or kung naiihi ka na derecho na dyan..hehe

Looks like hindi naman structural napunit. Latero lang yan, kayang kaya yan sa mga underbody repair shops. No need for casa, idadala din lang nila yan dun sa shop na kilala nila.

At least hindi sa windshield mo tumama.
