what are the condition that you should take note of so that you will know if you need to tune up or you already need to overhaul? thanks!

Tune up is what you usually do in your Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS). Changing SPlugs, fluids and filters, adjusting clearance, cleaning, tightening and refilling. Bringing the car back to its best performance.

Overhaul(Engine) is disassembling the head or block or both and checking the various components for servicelife or limits through, inspection, measurements and testing. Usually a major failure has occured.

In medic term...'Tune up' is only a check up at kung my diprensya ang outer parts mo yon lng papalitan nila, liit lng gastos nun, ang overhaul eh operasyon naman he he papalitan lahat ng wornout part inside your engine. which is pag nakita mo ang resibo ng babayaran mo eh ikaw naman ang nanga-ngailangan ng check up at grabe ang laki ng babayaran mo he he
