Symptoms of hard starting: Kia Pride

Guys,

I have a KIA pride CD-5 and here's the problem:

HARDSTARTING when...

- I switched off the engine and have the car parked after travelling.
- It happens pag ang byahe ko medyo traffic and naka aircon ako, pag normal lang minsan wala, minsan meron din.
- BAttery is OK, hardstarting sya parang nalulunod or kulang sa gas
- NA reresolve ko lang ito pag jump start (ignition while on 1st gear) or kinabukas na pag malamig na engine or after 5 hours

Hindi maresolve ng mga mechanico kung san nanggagaling...
before they thought na sa timing daw since ala sya timing before... I had it tune up and afterwards, it happend rin...

Sabi naman ng iba sa ignition coil daw pag umiinit... (suspect # 1)

Iba naman, bka sa spark plug or fuel filter.. (suspect #2)

Ang sakit sa ulo pag naabutan sa daan... any suggestions mga pre?

i suspect dirty or clogged fuel filter/gas line/tank. suspect lang ha, hindi guilty.
