    Mga Brod,

    Tanong ko lang bumili kasi ako ng NGK Spark Plug, BKR6E dapat bibilin ko pero wala then meron dun BKR5E sabi nung sales halos parehas & pwede din iyon so binili ko na.

    Nakita ko rin kasi sa cross reference ng Denso K16PR-U(Para sa Civic as per my mechanic) ang ka match nya sa NGK is BKR5E.

    Tama po ba binili ko? & ano pagkakaiba ng BKR6E and BKR5E? wala bang magiging problem.

    My Car is Honda Civic VTI 2000

    Parehong ok yan bro s Civic mo. Depende nalang yan s driving style mo. Kung mahilig ka humataw o mangarera, mas bagay syo ang BKR6E. Pero kung normal driver kalang, tapos maiigsi lang ang byahe mo,bagay na bagay syo ang BKR5E (hot). Ang pinagkaiba kc nya ay yun heat range nya (5,6).

    BK- thread size ng plugs (14mm)
    R- resistor type
    5 or 6- heat rating number (wherein the lower the number, the hotter the plug and the higher the number, the colder the plug)
    E- thread reach (19.0mm)

    either one will do sir...

    yung 11 is the spark plug gap (in millimeters)

    Heat range po yung "5/6" pag "Hotter" yung plug, your engine could detonate kasi mainit yung plug.... pag pasok nung charge sa combustion chamber, puedeng sumindi na sya kahit di pa nag spark yung plug...

    mararanasan mo ito pag mainit panahon.... unless may intercooler ka...

    yung "-11" means pre-gapped na yung plugs to 1.1... check your manual kung anong gap mo dapat... kasi pag masyado malayo mas malaki voltage ang kailangan para mag spark... pag mas maliit naman mas mahina....

    gapping is important po lalo na kung mejo sensitive kotse mo... lalo na mga computerized... very sensitive sila sa minute changes sa electricals...

    yun bang ganitong convention sa heat rating e pare-pareho sa kahit anong brand? sa bosch site kasi parang baligtad ang convention nila, colder pag mas mababang heat rating number, or baka mali lang intindi ko

    yung may 11 ay para sa walang cat converter

    yung walang 11 ay para sa may cat converter

    kung lagi kang highway - maganda ang bkr6e. pero madali yan mag foul-up kaya palit agad pagtumama ng 10K km.

    ngk, bosch and denso will mostly have different numbers for the plugs.

    you can cross reference them tho...

    yung walang 11 ay para sa may cat converter
    sir, di po ba yan baliktad? sa manual kasi ng kotse ko it recommends ZFR6F-11 when it has cat converter and recommends BKR6E pag ala cat converter. hehe, medyo nalilito ako

    I'm looking for a spark plugs that is one grade colder, stock plug is LFR6C=11.

    Mga Sir tanong ko lang po.

    Yung current na nka install na spark plug sa kotse ko is four yung parang parang hook nya na medyo maliit in comparison with that dun sa isa lang.

    Ano po ba ang difference nun sa 1 lang yung hook na makapal?
