I have 07 altis AT at 83k kms.

I dont think i encounter any trouble sa alternator, no symptoms of fault sa electricals. Pinalitan kasi ng surplus last year yun.

Stock na serpentime pa din naka kabit. Is that it?

    pag screeching - belts
    pag squeaking - pulleys

better have that checked na din. pero at your symptoms, it has to be the belt.

its only a temporary solution, imho, but sooner or later, the sound will go back (assuming its the belt).
only solution is to replace the belt.

I understand sir, said diy diagnosing and not fixing. They said if the sound stops after spraying water, its either the belt or a misaligned pulley.

If it gets louder after spraying, it might be caused by incorrect tension.
