Hi! 1st post here, and also quite a newbie to driving.

Whenever I go downhill with the car at 1st gear, it has a tendency to just suddenly go to neutral. It doesn't always happen, but it's quite dangerous, and I've read here that going down at a low gear is safer than just using the brakes.

Another thing too, after an injector recalibration, the engine now loves to spew out black smoke, even if I try to really be easy on the gas, there's still black smoke.

Ano kaya to. Dati kasi puti lang e.

tapos sana naman hindi sira transmission nung auto.

    any ideas?

yep. manual. Ang nangyayari may tutunog tapos, biglang nakaneutral na, then bubulusok na ko pababa.

Hindi nakakatuwa pag nangyayari sa isang jam-packed carpark

mausok talaga yan... pero if wala sya usok before the calibration then it's probably faulty work...

I guess hinay nalang sa apak, it's not that bad if di naman fi-nloor yung gas.

Some people told me that the trannsmission going out of gear was "perfectly normal", though.

Slipped gear, black smoke
