Body or suspension lift? What kind of SUV?
Armark (San Juan) and Filmar's (Katipunan, Q.C.) can do body lifts on most rigs depending on your budget.
Armark also carries the TJM line of suspension components.

Filmar is right in front of RATS Katipunan.
Suspension lifts are pretty easy for a Patrol since it has solid axles on both ends. I don't know if it is as body-lift friendly as a Pajero.

Filmar's does not carry suspension lifts but only body lifts. But you can try Rats across the street and Armark.
