guys,
generally, many repair shops out there are ok (servitek, private shops, etc).
like many said, it depends on the management. if there are really into customer service, they charge fair enough and replaces only what in necessary. but if profit is their #1 priority, stay away from them.
i suggest you are 2 or 3 shops for an oppinion before you have it repaired. at least you will have an idea who are ok, telling the truth, knows what they are doing, and who are the overpriced ones....
i personally encourage clients who ask me for info to also ask from others too.
my 2Cents....

so far I tried 3 Servitek shops (for wheel alignment) and here are my reviews.

March 11th, 2012 07:08 PM #25I recommend Goodyear servitech Sgt. Rivera QC. good service and good price. They did full alignment on my ride
also recommended yung sa P.guevarra san juan. mas pricey nga lang compared to Sgt. rivera, pero service is also good.
