The servo kit you are referring to is not the actual servo kit, it is only composed of a a plastic screw with springs aiding the idling process. But in the end it would be better to replace with the actual kit, coz the plastic thingy could only last for a few months, sayang ang pera. The servo kit you are referring to only costs P700 - P850 here.

Bro.,- didn't you do a test drive before you bought the car? In which case, you should have noticed this anomaly.
Or, did this just happen a week after you bought it?
What I'm trying to establish here is that the owner could have known this problem earlier and have not told you. Real sad....

December 6th, 2007 01:23 AM #14si utol at mekaniko tumingin. hindi raw napansin ni utol itong problema dati. hindi kasi sya sanay sa walang rpm guage kaya hindi nya napansin. sabi ko nga baka niloko lang sya ng mekaniko para mayron syang trabaho.
okay rin po ba replacement part na servo???mas mura kasi e.

December 6th, 2007 02:50 AM #15mga guru's,regarding doon sa servo repair kit eh agree akong d tumatagal lalo na kung hindi oem pero siguro case to case basis po dahil ung sa kin eh ang ginamit ko lamang from the repair kit eh ung magnetic gear(made of ferrite) dhl medyo worn out na ung luma * high idle ung result during initial start-up.so far until now since 1994 eh ok pa naman po.my ride is mitsu lancer94 model a/t.thanks very much and more power...
