mga tsikoteers, my 3 months old '06 sentra have already undergone front well bearing replacement 2 weeks ago. ngayon naman yung rotors disc may deep scratches na. According to Nissan UN. kailangan daw e-reface/rephase . i told them na 3 mos palang yung ride ko dapat palitan yung rotor disc. pero di cla pumayag. What do you think guys? shall i insist on replacing my rotor disc since it is under warranty or accept nalang yung refacing. By the way i check sa casa 5taw pala per piece ang rotor disc. TY.

Bakit hindi sila pumayag?
Go to another dealership. Nationwide naman ang warranty ng Nissan.
Kung wala namang effect sa braking force and walang pulsation sa pedal, you can just let it be.

But i doubt it na palitan nila, reface ang gagawin nila.
I'll try other dealer/casa siguro. ty sa advice.

Before replacing or refacing, dapat madetermine muna ang cause kung bakit nagkaron ng scoring sa rotor. Warping is pretty simple. Excess heat or heat plus water can warp a disc. But having a scored rotor is another matter.

Sakto. They can always claim it was poor driving that caused the problems. Unless you can prove that it wore down due to manufacturing defects or the like.
Pero, try other casas. The fact that your wheel bearings wore out right away means that there's something wrong with your underchassis somewhere, and you can claim that it was this problem that caused irregular wear on your brakes.

Ah. Driving through floods is a good way to promote uneven wear... Especially if you'd been driving long distance before you get to the flood... hot brakes + water = ouch.
Oh well... just try to feel them out. Sometimes, refaced brakes overheat more easily than new ones (depends on how warped they were), but if they don't feel different after driving through traffic, they should be okay.
