Guys, ano ba finofollow ninyo? Ang mileage ba or ang taon?

For example, 2 years na exactly City ko. Pero mileage ko is 20k pa.

ang sinunod ko eh yung pang 20km checkup lang which is equal to 1 year pa (if i remember correctly)

am I doing something wrong here? mileage ako bumabase. 2 years = 40k km eh.

    I need clarification

AFAIK, i do it like sa change oil... 10,000kms or 1 year, which ever comes first. well thats my point of view.

I just go by the milage. Some items like coolant are replaced every 2 or 5years depending on the type of coolant.

it's either or. so follow the maintenance sched for your specific car based on what the manual says.

whichever comes first? so meaning, since nauna ang 2 na taon, dapat pang 40k checkup na ang ipapagawa ko? kahit 20k pa ako? ganun ba yun?

I always go by mileage. Medyo malayo kasi yung biyahe ko daily (34 kms. one way), so I manage to rack up quite a few thousand kilometers in a relatively short span of time.

it's a little of both. no hard and fast rule naman. i.e. one of the things that you should have replaced at 40k kms is the fuel filter, pero at 2 years and 20k kms dapat di pa naman barado yun. so mix and match what you have done siguro.

I would give it a look since lagpas 6 months na.... It doesn't mean you have to change something but its just a precaution...

it could also be called preventive maintenace kung lagi kang maaga magpachange oil (mga 4500kms) which is much cheaper in the long run, dahil bababa ang chance na maging sakit ng ulo yung sasakyan mo.

I do it by odometer reading, not by months. No problems on my end. In my experience, the PMS schedules are very, very conservative.

I run 10,000 km in roughly 10 months, so my service stops occur every so often instead of every 6 months.

Both my rides were Hondas. Since you're paying a premium for their engineering, this can be considered an impromptu test of their claim. So far they've put their money where their mouth is.
