rear passenger side door could not be opened (inside and out)

would like to inquire what would be the solution on my altis 2002 as the rear passenger door suddenly could not be opened both inside and out.
the power lock from the main is responding however it could not be opened. any shop in qc that can fix this or do i have to send it to casa?

may nagalaw lang sa mechanism nyan. kayang kaya i DIY. kung malapit ka sa banawe dalhin mo na lang sa kay jemson (search mo dito sa tsikot). malinis kasi gumawa don.
