Pulleys - when to replace?

yep...3 rings ang pulley ng 4jb1, im just not sure with the 4ja1 kaya mahirap maghanap ng surplus or even replacement.

tama po ang sinabi ni sir theveed. or you can physically remove the pulley and check.
