Problems going uphill

I am driving an Isuzu Crosswind (XUV) 2003 model. I am started to have problems going uphill or even just going up from the ramp in our basement parking. It's like the engine will die down whenever I try to go up the ramp and my AC is turned on. I had to turn off my AC and accelerate into a certain amount of speed so that I can go up. And by the way, the ramp is not that steep too. Any idea whats wrong? Thanks.

When was your last tune up ?

na tune up yung car last december then after a 2-3months nagsimula na ying problema. Then tune up kulit last july then it was ok for awhile then bumalik na nman lately yung problema.

how many kilometers you log every month? baka parati kang long distance driving, so it means, you have to tune it up more frequently.
