^ Agree. Tire looks okay and damage is superficial. If there was an tire integrity issue, the sidewall would have bulged already due to a broken ply/steel belt. If you want to patch it up a bit, try what jick.cejoco suggested.

nagkaroon din ako ng ganyan dati...

pero pa check mo nga kung may leak....

Pwede 1200 grit sandpaper kung mababaw lang pero from the looks medyo malalim na. I would leave it alone.
