July 24th, 2003 04:23 PM #1I need to replace the rear bumper for a 1989 pajero but the original bumpers for it are painted black. The only surplus bumpers I can find are chromed.
is there a way to paint this properly or take the chrome out?
I know that paint won't stick too well to chrome...it will just eventually peel off.

i had my chrome parts (yung sa may windows) painted flat black sa galant ko. dumidikit naman yung paint basta iliha ng mabuti and gamitan ng tamang primer. almost 3 yrs na sya, di parin nagbabalat yung paint.

Nung maaksidente wala na kaming mabiling chrome bumper.
Alex Car Restoration just straightened out the mangled bumper and repainted it gray. Ang ganda.
