Oil level

Fellow tsikoteers, I did change oil of my engine.Since madalas ko ipachange sa RAPIDE,I decided to do it myself na lang since ang oil na ginagamit nila ay DELO silver at medyo mahal ang labor.I decided to do it myself ang put DELO Gold which I believe far better than silver.(diesel engine)
Now,yong sukat ko sa dip stick is about 5mm sobra sa full mark.Tanong ko lang if there's any problem with that.Anyway nasa bahay lang yong car,ini-start lang sa umaga to warm up the engine then stop na.Nobody use it naman.
Any advice on this??

anywhere between the min and max indicator is supposed to be normal. pero kung di talaga nilalabas (for whatever reason), i guess overfilling it by that much wouldn't hurt...not sure though...

hmmm.... kung masyadong malaki ang difference, over capacity yan. baka mag leak o tumagas somewhere.. this is according to the guy who changes my oil.

since nag DIY ka na rin lang naman, why not drain the excess oil?

ganon na nga lang balak ko..dati kasi everyday ko pinapa-start,naisip ko na napasobra lagay ko kasi ang alam ko 6 liters capacity non..bale 5.5 lang pala (2L engine).tinodo ko na yong natira.Kya in-advice ko na 3 times a week na lang pa-start...

just drain it na lang. alam mo naman kung paano.

ako kasi sa shop lagi. i don't know how and more importantly, i don't have the tools.
