Normal or a cause for concern?

Is it normal or a cause for concern if water is penetrating your car's door? This is what I discovered when I opened my car's driver side door after having it washed. I saw water penetrations inside and I'm not sure if this is but normal or may cause problems in the future, like rusting.

it's normal.may plugs yan sa ilalim para makalabas ang water.

your sidings should also have the plastic covering so the water won't destry it (and your speakers..and the wirings...etc..)
