    mga bosing!!

    patulong naman... problema ng kotse ko, pag nag take off ako sa umaga, nasasakal pag apak ko sa accelerator. namamatay pa pag hindi ko inangat paa ko.

    one click naman yong starter, bagong palit ng fuel filter, spark plugs and contact point. bagong linis yong carburetor. lancer ex boxtype lang po ito.

    Have your fuel pump checked. Palagay ko, may diprensya na ito and it's not providing the necessary fuel pressure when you step on the gas pedal.

    saan po ba location ng fuel pump?
    ganito kasi. pag nag take off ako at malamig pa ang makina, namamatay pag sinasagad ko yong accelerator. pag inangat ko, nabubuhay ulit yong makina. pero pag mainit yong makina, kahit isagad ko accelerator eh humahatak naman.
    well anyway, ipapa check ko na lang yong fuel pump. yong fuel filter, bagong palit po yon.

    your fuel pump is located just behind the fan, on top of the aircon compressor, below and infront of your distributor. Have it cleaned or maybe replaced. Mga 1.5k yata replacement part.

    Thanks for the info. i'll let it be checked this week end.

    By the way, i had been using acetone for the last 3 weeks. 2ml per liter of premium shell gasoline. also, pinalitan yong carburetor jets 3 weeks ago from 190 and 120 to 135 and 95 respectively. is it possible that one of this changes caused the problem

    I think sa carb jets ang problema. hindi sya makapag bigay ng tamang gas kaya pag todo papak more air, less gas ang pumasok kaya namamatay ang engine. Try mo ibalik sa 190 kung un ang stock jet nya.

    Yon din suspetsa ko. actually, bumili na ako ng jet na 150 para yon sana ipalit ko sa 135 na main jet. malaki kasi mas yado yong 190. ok lang ba na yong main lang palitan ko? di ko kasi alam kong ano talaga function nung main and secondary jets.

    Bingo!

    Per, its the jet nga. i changed the jet last night. binalik ko yong 120 for the secondary jet. pinalitan ko na rin yong main jet from 130 to 150 (hindi nga lang yong stock na 190) and it all works. di na nasasakal kahit malamig makina. lumakas pa ang hatak. thanks pards.

    try changing vacuum advancer if your motor is equipped. ns may distributor yun. baka sira na.
