Yup charge to experience nalang. Had my first car also 2nd hand. Bought it sa isang kaforumer ko. Anticipate ko na rin ang gastos. So far alam ko almost 20K ang nashell out ko para mafix ang mga lumalabas na topak. Ganun talaga pag second hand.
Lagi ka din magbasa sa mga car forums. Ang dami mo matututunan lalo na dito. Di bale mas ibig sabihan yan may mas maganda na kapalit yan.

Anticipate, anticipate, anticipate. Never assume that you're not going to spend something.
Bought the pick-up secondhand, spent 20k on repairs, and 10k on good tires.
Got the Highlander for free, and I still spent nearly 10k in fixing things I wanted fixed (thermostat, ayaw uminit ng makina, brake master, brake pads and shoes, etcetera) and I'm still budgetting 10k more for tires and trim.
A car is always an expense. Get used to it. The bottomline on the receipt is just the starting point of your budget... you always have to have more set aside for contingency repairs.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
