may gallant VR4 ako dati 3 months pa lang binenta ko na niloko lang ako nung nagbenta sakin dahil wla akong alam sa car almost hundred thousand nalugi ko. binenta sakin ng 175,000 2 weeks pa lang pinagawa ko na agad yung computer service box 8,000 inabot sa banawe. dami pala sira 2matagas pa yung langis tapos after 2 months nung dinadrive ko bigla nlang umusok makina kla ko overheat mukhang hindi naman kc gabi nun at puno naman ng tubig yun pala sumabog yung parang hose dun..simula nun bumuga na ng sobrang kapal na puting usok..ano po kya problema nung car?nabenta ko lang ng 125,000 kya tuwing nakkta ko ung nagbenta sakin parang gusto ko pumatay ng tao kapitbahay lang kc namin kapal nga ng mukha!pinatransfer ko pa naman sa name ko ung car at pina undercoat ko pa d rin pala magtatagal skin

I had a similar experience, last december, i bought a Honda ESI 95 A/T *140K. Pina-wash over ko at dami pinaayos which cost me additional 25K. gusto maayos iyung car ko pina-preventive maintenance check ko. After i found out na malaki problema sa computer box, iyung one cylinder is not working, etc. it cost me additional 20K.

Dahil sa laki ng problema binalik ko sa nagbenta sa akin. In fairness, supportive iyung friend ko na nagbbuy and sell tapos tumingin na lang ko ng pwedeng ipalit pinili ko iyung Nissan Sentra SS 96 plus additional 20k. after that ok na iyung kapalit n car.

Iyung honda ngayon parang beetle na iyung tunog ng makina.

All in all lugi rin ako ng mga 60K.

Charge it to experience and learn from it. I hope when you sold the car you fully disclosed to the buyer all the defects of said car para hindi ka rin mapulaan.

buti ung sa inyo napalitan ung nagbenta sakin talagang sindikato dami na plang naloko..nways charge 2 experience na nga lang..tanggap naman nung nakabili yung problema ng car sabi ko kc sa kanya wla rin tlaga akong idea sa cra nun..sobrang nagustuhan lang tlaga nya ung porma kc makinis din naman tlaga kya di na rin cguro cya lugi khit gumastos cya ng let say 50k..yoko na kc gastusan ung car d ko rin naman masyado ginagamit nabigla lang din cguro ako bumili first time ko kc magkakotse nun..thanks sa pakikiramay nyo hehe

ako, first time ko rin nagkaroon ng car. 2nd hand din pero i anticipate na talagang maglalabasan yung sira nya minor or major man. kaya nung bumili ako, medyo nag-spare ako ng konting cash for repair and maintenance. i guess ganun talaga pag 2nd hand ang binili mo. otherwise, bili ka ng bnew para no worries. my 2 cents.

my advice lang sa mga gustong bumili ng 2nd hand car, yung physical appearance could be deceiving (kasi normally ang mga seller inaayos nila ay physical appearance to look attractive). magsama ka ng trusted mechanic mo to assess the car. kung efi and capable for diagnostic scanning spend a little pa scan mo muna. ang uso dito sa atin ay as is where is kaya wala kang habol sa seller.

walang aircon repair si mr speedy, pero katabi nila yung sanden. Ok din dun, i once replace my thermostat there plus cleaning, medyo mas mahal ng konti sa mga tabi tabing aircon shop, pero reliable naman nde ka lolokohin.

mr speedy, wala na si blue na accord, nabenta na.

Yup charge to experience nalang. Had my first car also 2nd hand. Bought it sa isang kaforumer ko. Anticipate ko na rin ang gastos. So far alam ko almost 20K ang nashell out ko para mafix ang mga lumalabas na topak. Ganun talaga pag second hand.

Lagi ka din magbasa sa mga car forums. Ang dami mo matututunan lalo na dito. Di bale mas ibig sabihan yan may mas maganda na kapalit yan.

Got the Highlander for free, and I still spent nearly 10k in fixing things I wanted fixed (thermostat, ayaw uminit ng makina, brake master, brake pads and shoes, etcetera) and I'm still budgetting 10k more for tires and trim.
