ISUZU - help gurus

Im a newbie here but ive been reading the forum for maybe a month or two. I have a 99 SLX isuzu hilander - 59,000KM i use it only sa ofc c5 to alabang. i notice na whenever i reach 90km/hr parang may konting nginig sa gas pedal but as soon as lumampas ng 90km/hr na speed ok na sya (even if pababa ung speed basta tumama sa 90 nanginginig konti). There seems to be a limit in the 90km/hr speed. what could it be?

Also yung usok ng ride ko mejo may puti na although nagpacalibrate ako ng 2005 4th qrtr sa betan calibration sa makati. ok naman daw nozzles pero tahimik ung makina.

may connection kaya sa fuel ko? im using flying V ung biodiesel nila, ok ba talaga un?
