CRV 2010 Thud Sound

I have 2010 CR-V which is 1 month old. I noticed something weird with it. It makes a thud sound pag unang andar. It just make one thud sound then when in 1st gear (the cr-v is automatic) then wala na the whole way. I can feel it sa my driver side when it makes that sound then wala na the rest of the way. Then when I turn off the the car and start again, sa unang andar may ganun ulit na tunog. I brought this back to Honda Shaw and they said normal. I have my doubts though because first time lang toh sa tagal ko ng nag drive and any weird sound that is not part of the car functioning is not normal. I will try to bring it to another dealership to have it checked. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

My guess would be a faulty engine or transmission support. Have another Honda dealer check on it.
