^^ hey. tnx for the tips.

it seems the problem was the ecu. i opened it up and brought to a appliance repair shop to have it checked. of course i didnt told them what was it. they told me to buy 7 capacitors (indicated the rating) because almost all caps are already leaking their liquid inside (according to them the liquid is acid and can destroy the printed circuit as well cause loss of sight if mishandled). They replaced the caps for P50 (mura noh!? pero kung sinabi kong mamahalin yun malamang P500 instead of P50). The replacement costs were around P25. Eventually got myself another box just incase and currently using the new (used actaully) one. The old one is still working fine though.

ANyway for those who has similar problem check the following:
ecu fuse, battery, spark on 4 hi-ten wires, injectors (rarely daw 'to), fuel pump, fuel pressure, and multimeter to check if ther is electricity on the socket of the fuel filter; starter, as well as main relay assembly, and lastly ECU.

HTH.
