July 22nd, 2006 10:04 AM #31at the end of the day it really boils down to whether or not you feel like you got what you paid for. kahit malaki binayad mo pero you feel the service was worth it then masaya ka parin. pero some people feel like nalugi sila kahit gumastos lang sila 100 pesos to fix a problem. for customers like that then there is no shop that could ever please them.

I've been a patron of Motorcraft(Class-A pa sila dati) since 1995. So far, I've never expierenced this thing. The customer has always the last word. Bago pa naman gawin yan ay tatanungin ka nung babae kung kukunin mo sa kanila or ikaw ang maghahanap. Kapag namahalan ka then maghanap ka sa iba. Marami namang auto-supply sa tabi ng shop. Banaue yan. Philippine Automobile Parts and Services Mecca sabi nga nila. Konting lakad lang yan. Maraming options 'ika nga. Kung namahalan ka then its your fault dahil tinanggap mo. Ganun lang namang ka-simple yun eh. Dapat pa bang i-memorize ya'an?! :D

i always have my pajero fixed at motorcraft, kahit suki n kilala ko si robert, i still canvass ng parts, unless im busy, i let them make their profit sa parts. but in terms of their mechanical services, ok sila. kaya i still recommend having ur car fix at motorcraft. an educated consumer is the worst customer of businesses since d ka nila maloloko.

What we did in Banaue is we used to go to repair centers and we talked to some mechanics there that you can do things under the table. You can hire their mechanic personally wag lang malalaman kung saan namamasukan ung mekaniko kung hindi yari siya . Text lang namin siya sunduin sa banaue at dalhin sa bahay quality service for less than 500php labor parts ako bumibili para mas mura buong araw sobrang dami nagawa parang pinirate namin siya yun nga lang dapat ka marunong pumili

ako ngayon, and gawain ko. bili ng parts then tanong sa shop kung magkano labor. kahapon lang, nung time na bumibili me ng parts sa partstar, sinabi nung guard doon na normally daw, may patong talaga na 20% yung shop kung sila yung bibili. nga naman, kasi gastos sa tao nila para bumili ng parts and pamasahe. just my 2 cents.

August 15th, 2006 08:23 PM #40imo, the worst thing you can do is pay an employee of an establishment to do work outside. this not only promotes his being absent or tardy at work, but it also is like stealing from his employer.
the fact that you ask him to do it means you not only condone but encourage that kind of behavior.
if i ever catch one of my mechanics doing that in my shop, no questions asked tangal na sya.
mabuti pa to hire one of the freelance mechanics kung ganun. pero don't do it sa shops. imagine kung ikaw owner what you'd feel kung ganun.
