Please help explain why the driver side window of my Honda City 2004, does not easily go up right away rather hesitates...goes up a little and then goes down.


This problem had occured while my car was still a year old. Honda service center here in Gensan, explained that there's much dirt in the window frame. I have cleaned the frame but to no avail.

If I pull down the window halfway or 3/4, there is no problem in going up. The problem occurs when the window is fully down. It will take some time before I can coax the window to go up.

The three other windows have no problem.
