I went to TrueValue Parksquare but the Mobil 1 ATF is not available.

You might want to try Castrol Protector Series TQ Dexron III instead. Mga PhP 200 per liter. Hindi siya synthetic ATF. Yung mga synthetic, like Castrol Syntec ATF costs 700+ per liter. Hindi rin po ata available ito sa Pinas.

For your car, you will be needing about 6 liters to flush the old ATF. Not all old ATF will be removed, as some will get stuck in the torque converter.

Where will you have it flushed, if I may ask?
Don't bring to any Honda Casa. Too risky to entrust your AT transmission to their service crooks este crew.

If i remember it right, someone mentioned to me before that the Honda Civics use engine oil for their ATF (can anyone reconfirm?).

Hi Vinj, for Civics, at least for EK series (96-2000) uses engine oil for their manual transmissions.

For ATs, Dexron III rating of ATF is recommended.

Ako I bought Honda ATF sa Honda Alabang, 550Pesos/liter. My civic 2000 consumed 3 liters. I paid P150 for labor of my suking Shell Mechanic.

Sir, taga San Juan po ba kayo? Meron malapit na shop sa inyo sa may Santolan lang. Ang pangalan ay Speedyfix. Expert po sila sa Honda. Actually sa kanila po nanggaling yung information tungkol sa ATF.
