Pls correct me if I am wrong, basically, it cleans the wiper blade lang? So if I clean the wiper blade by using alcohol only, using this gadget is better?

I think it shaves the frayed edges off so you get a more even wiper blade, less streaking if any. It doesn't really clean the surface.

I always thought rubbing alcohol will make rubber dry and brittle, I only use joy dish-washing liquid mixed with water.

Next question: Does the shape of the wiper blade frame make any difference? Specifically those Banana-Type wipers which supposedly push down on the wiper blade during high speeds making them more effective. Or is it just aesthetics?

not sure about alcohol affecting the shape and making it flacid, but I have used this procedure for quite a long time already in all my rides, I may be wrong though

it's that time o the year again?

My silicone wiper blades cost 3 times more but has lasted twice as long already.

Glad my nozzles arent clogged yet and no water marks.

my generic cut-to-size refills cost 140 bucks a pair.
i figger, even if i replace them twice a year, i'm still ahead.
the downside: it needs some work to install, the first time.
