This type of electric supercharger is not effective in increasing HP output of any engine. Believe me, I have tried it first hand.
For the same money, it's more worthwhile to install a nitrous-oxide kit.

here is a pic of this particular electric super charger
this is suspiciously cheap, not to mention they did not mention the boost generated. but what I want to know is if it can produce even low boost same with low pressure turbos then it could be something to look into as a cheap alternative.

it looks more like it would obstruct airflow rather than increase airflow into the intake

maybe from idle up to mid-rpm, the fan could blow more air than the engine could inhale by itself
but at high rpm/WOT, the engine could inhale more air than the fan could blow

there's no short cut
it's either you turbocharge, supercharge, or inject happy gas
