If anyone po know who the owner of Twincell paki sabi iimprove ung service nila. The parts are good but the service I don't approve kc first kong bili s knila eh tinanong ako kung anong part number ung bibilhin ko... Binili ko eh pressure plate at release bearing ng opel astra... Kso sira din pla ung maliit n check/seal valve s dulo ng tube ng release bearing... I dunno kung bundled b dapat cya s release bearing n binili ko kya nga ako nag iinquire ulit eh kung kung bundled b cya or hiwalay cya, OK din naman bilhin ko cya but don't ask customer kung anong part number ang bibilhin... Pra mo kming tinanong kung anong scientific name ng isang bagay at d naman nmin field yan... Bibili p din ako s knila at bukod s like ko mga parts n offer nila eh malapit s amin ung service lang ang nakakainit ng ulo at tinatanong p ang customer kung anong part number eh... At kung need talagang tanungin ang customer isang beses lang at good kung alam ng customer ung part number eh kung hindi don't ask again...

Actually they are correct in asking for the part number. The part number is essential especially when you order your part abroad. That being said, we are spoiled here since most auto supply stores know the parts they sell due to the limited number of makes and models available here. When the girls at twincell asked me for the part number, I just asked to look at their parts catalog and searched for the part that I needed. They are just typical mall shop girls, unlike the Banawe parts people.Pakiusapan lang yan.
