matic yan sir kahit may resibo ka.. driving without license.
di nila ipupush yung violation na failure to carry license kasi as far as they know dun sila sa mas mataas ang penalty.

Take a calculated risk or just simply avoid the inconvenience.
Sigurado, pag nahuli ka, ang sasabihin nila lang ay driving without a license tapos, katching, tumutunog na ang takilya nila

my understanding :
Philippines liscense mo hawak ng Saudi for application of Saudi liscense sa June pa maibabalik after process is done ..
Uwi ka before June and with the intention to drive here sa PI ... Bottomline wala ka lisensya to drive when you get back here .
If you are willing to go thru the process of the other poster of filing loss liscense i think that would work out just fine ...
My Cents :
If wala talaga iba mag dridrive sayo then goahead with the lost liscense route
( just keeping it real mali yun in principle / technically pero sino ba dito sten ang santo ? Ako il do that if needed so )

Driver's license means you are qualified to drive. Simple as that.
It you are allowed to use your passport to drive then I can use my passport to apprehend you and I will tell you I am a police officer.Last edited by confused shoes; June 28th, 2014 at 05:24 PM.

June 28th, 2014 05:47 PM #19i think the passport is just to serve proof that you were out of the country and therefore, couldn't attend to re-newing your driver's license on time.
but you still have to present other proof that you are legally entitled to a driver's license should you apply for one.
foreigners allowed to drive in other countries is a courtesy practised by various countries and subject to varying conditions. but the universal condition is that said applicant is a valid driver's license holder in his country.Last edited by dr. d; June 28th, 2014 at 05:54 PM.
