Saudi yes...
kahit bagsak ang presyo ng crude oil, Saudi is doing ok
pero Russia bagsak ngayon
MOSCOW: Russian President Dmitry Medvedev admitted Russia was facing an “unprecedented” economic crisis amid fears that its fallout may be as devastating as the breakup of the Soviet Union 17 years ago had on the country’s economy.
Russia’s GDP contracted by 2.9 per cent in January and is estimated to have further declined by 4.7 per cent in February. Energy-dominated exports collapsed by over 50 per cent in January.

Yeah nabawasan yung earnings ng Russia due to the drop of oil prices. Pero good thing wala silang debt.
They earn about US$1 Billion per day on european consumers. Siguro, ngayon that oil is very low, baka half na lang.

Puro kasi real state ang business ngayon sa UAE. A fraction lang ng kanilang total earnings annually ay galing sa oil.
But It will come to pass, wayback 1997 i think is worse than this year.
I think in 1997 if i remember umabot pa sa less than 10 USD a barrel ang langis. But all GCC countries survived and cameback with a bang like UAE.
