Kung open/open and diffs mo, dapat at least one wheel mo ay low traction para hindi ka mag-bind. Kung may rear difflock ka dapat may slippage parati between the left and right rear tire. Sa pic na iyan yung inside wheels ko ay unloaded kaya naka-spin sila imbis na mag-bind. Hindi naman talaga kailangang bumubulosok sa lakas na spin. Minsan makikita mong pumipitik-pitik siya ng konti lang. Enough na yun to compensate.

Yes, the differential will also compensate Ungas has stated. And that will compensate for left to right wheel speed differences. Pero what you have to think about in the photo is that there should be a some slippage to allow the driveshafts supplying the front and rear axles to rotate at the same time (they rotate at the same time kasi walang center diff or locked na ang center diff). Doon kasi nagaganap ang binding. Kaya nga sa Pajero may differential din sa gitna para sa front and rear driveshafts. Para pwede ang 4H sa kalye. Pero once I lock the C/D, same 4wd system as the Patrol na din ang effect.
Sa pic na iyan, my center diff was locked. Because it is automatically locked in 4L.

pano ba ang pag shift sa 4wd shifter ng patrol? (i.e., sa manual transmission shifter, kelangan ng clutch pedal. sa A/T shifter meron pinipindot)

You don't have to use the clutch pedal to shift. Although it will make things easier and less traumatic esp. kung baguhan pa lang.
On A/T models, you have to be in Neutral. There are no buttons to push. Just put it in gear.

sandali, ang labo ata ng tanong ko. yung lever ng 4wd shifter, kelangan pa bang itulak pababa para i-shift? or pwede ng tapikin lang?

Yung papuntang 4H tulak lang. Ewan ko yung papuntang 4L kasi dadaan pa iyan sa N ng transfer case (Pattern: 2H-4H-N-4L).
Sa Frontier kasi ni Yoli, idiin ng kaunti pababa. Pero light pressure lang. Tapos kahit tuloy tuloy ang motion mula 2H hanggang 4L basta nakadiin. Kung hindi ididiin hanggang 4H lang.
