It's an electronic device (speed de-limiter). I had one installed from Speedlab.

my swap almost cost me more than i can sell my car... lol

cost me 120k for the engine swap and some aftermarket parts like front mount intercooler, 3" full stainless exhaust, hks electronic boost controller, Nology ignition, etc.... problem ko before di ko alam kung saan makakuha ng clutch kit kaya yun di natuloy balak ko. with my mods im pumping somewhere from 280hp * 10psi. pag may mayabang na naka vtec at hinatawan ako ayun iwan naman....
