It has been done. SR20DE into the B12 Sentra chassis. You just need to modify the engine mounts.

Not really the best thing to do given the chassis is more flexible than the B13 and B14 chassis.

Not to mention the fact that the B13 and B14 have more mods available for them in terms of suspension, brakes and bodykits.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    yes and no.

The problem with the B13 sentra is the short front suspension travel. If you lower it, it will definitely bottom out the front suspension whenever you meet a pothole or a speed bump. I know because I had a B13 sentra for many years.

The b14 sentra doesn't have this problem but the rear suspension is a beam type config. As it is, it results in an understeer type of handling. Not bad but if you plan to race, you might end up on the grass more often. There is a cheap solution for this though.

One more issue I have with the B13, ...it's very old. Wear and tear issues with the joints, bushings and even electricals will definitely have effects on it's reliability.

Anyway, you can find B13 and B14 sentras with a SR20 engine already swapped in. Typically check out the nissan car club forums and other car forum ad sites for potential cars to purchase.

Just be careful if you plan to buy pre-swapped Sentras. Check the work quality of the swap and the engine condition (leaking any fluids and does all the stuff work like aircon, guages?).

Bend the rear beam at it's center to give the rear wheels 5 degrees of toe-in.
