i have the same problem with my td42 as you guys. ang ginawa ko since naka battery islolator ako from by previous sound setup was pinatangal ko po un at balik normal wiring from alt to bat tapos pinacheck ko ung fuel hose from the filter to injection kc medyo lose at umaatras ang fuel kapag naka standby ng medyo matagal at kailangan mo pa ibumba. it solved the problem. kailangan lang ng malakas na batt power at air tight fuel line.
by the way, 110 amps alt gamit ko.

might not be related but did anyone of you bother to change the oil that lubricates the injection pump (inline)diaphragm according to the maintenance sched? use BOSCH OL36V1 or Cod liver oil (available sa Mercury Drug in capsule form). Three to four drops lang. Before i change this nga ha hunt ng rev yun engine. try ninyo mura lang naman ang COD liver oil capsule. Also be sure na bleed yun fuel system of air.
