Resistor Block of Exalta

guys help nman....sira kasi yung sa fan speed ng aircon hindi gumagana yung 1-3 pero pag 4 gumagana...sabi daw resistor block ang problem....pinatignan ko sa electrician sabi daw na repair na yung resistor block nya...(nkuha ko yung car 2nd hand)....

hindi na daw kaya ma repair...ask ako ng parts sa banawe at nissan q.ave...medyo mahirap daw makahanap ng ganun parts for exalta?...ano kaya options ko?...may surplus ba nito?....thanks guys...

Have you tried checking if you can use or retrofit the resistor block from the A/C system for the B14 Sentra Super Saloon (95-98)?

sir GH have not tried that yet....yung huling tingin ko sa nis-parts sa banawe ang nabigay saken pang b13 then i asked if kung yung pang series 3 or 4 ba pwede sabi nila hindi din nila sure...pano gagawin pag retrofit?

hirap ba tlga parts ng exalta sir?....thanks

i don't understand why auto parts dealers do not stock up on some parts that fail regularly. is this one of them?
why not bring your part to the auto supply store and show it to them, so's they will know what to give you.
you might also try showing your part to an older radio repairman. he may be able to fix it up for you.
(in my experience, my besta resistor block failed. i brought it to evangelista to look for a replacement. they showed me theirs, but it looked quite different from mine, so i refused it. then i got a long look at mine. all i saw was a break in the resistor wire coil. they saw it too, and offered to solder it. i said no, because the wire normally glows red hot in operation. instead, i just pulled one end and pigtailed it to the other end. voila!)

i was able to go to Nissan Balintawak and they will try to check if available yun part....hopefully sana meron....

*dr.d - sir i've already show it to some auto parts dealers and the will always say na medyo mahirap yun ganung part na galing sa exalta...also tried surplus and the answer is the same....hindi ko kasi maiwan yung part para maghanap kasi hirap din walang aircon ngayon and medyo busy pa....siguro next weekend if wala talaga sa casa....i've also tried asking electronics shop if marerepair and sabi is na repair na daw kasi yun kaya hindi na pwede....
