    And my valued tip to you panetmarz, when you go and see the unit, bring the amount required (as advertised). Not that I'm saying di ka na tatawad pero best to be sure para di pabalik-balik. Remember, the one who has the money, get's the edge in negotiations. "Show me the Money" ika nga. Tawaran mo 30k from his asking. Tiyak di papayag yung seller but who knows? Then work your way up. At the most, agree to meet in the middle nang tawad mo.

    get the Nissan. 82K km palang ang naitakbo for a 98 model (mababa na ito). makinis ang labas pero hindi mahalaga ang labas kungdi ang nasa ilalim ng hood nito. kung hindi inikot pabalik yung ODO, magandang deal na ito. why not buy cars nalang na may assume balance pa?

    ano po ba ang dapat kong i take note sa makina ng nissan at sa underchassis upon viewing nung car na to? yun po tipong "should have" and should have not"...??

    If it is look's good, get it. Surely, all car part's are expensive but thats not and excuse of not buying a car you like or you wont be driving anything at all.

    ang kagandahan kasi sa pag bili ng second hand na nissan eh mababa ang resale value compared sa other make ng car with same year model, tama po ba?

    Yes, mababa ang resale value ng Nissan compared sa iba... but that isn't something a Nissan owner should be happy about. That would be good to a buyer like you but would not be good when you already own it.

    yung mababang resale value, applicable lang naman kung binili mo yung sasakyan mo ng brand new, pero kung second hand mo binili. wala naman gaanong epekto. (kasi mababa mo binili kaya benta mo din ng mababa)

    galing talaga ng mga car ads ngayon, may pictures na. kahit nakaupo ka lang sa kwarto harap ng computer mo makakapagshopping ka na ng kotse. dati bibili ka ng bulletin tapos ppuntahan mo isa isa, kaasar!

    nasa 158K nalang pala presyo ng ganyang sentra. good buy na yan. test drive mo nalang. pag ok, deal na.
