Baka dapat tutukan nalang ng ABS ay LTO re issuing driver's licences to only qualified people.

1st thing to do is press as hard as you can on the brake pedal. never ever pump the brake pedal.
2nd - shift the A/T into neutral position
lastly, switch off the car engine. There you go

Going down to the level of the public transport drivers,- hindi umaamin ng pagkakamali...

So many CCTV videos in that ABS CBN clip.

Not a single sign of brake lights.

On the contrary... you HAVE to pump. Full on, full off... to make sure you're on the right pedal, and to make sure that you've got pressure in the system.

Also, the Booker report on Toyota USA's lack of safety interlocks showed that in the instance where a runaway checksum error prevents the brake interlock from working, fully releasing the pedal resets the bit that controls the interlock... reactivating the engine cut-off system.

    2nd yes.

3rd, you can actually start to try that even with the car in-gear, depending on the car.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

According to popular mechanics & consumer report articles "DO NOT pump the brake pedal". Pls check the articles mentioned below for your ready reference. Hope it's clear now.
